The role of Relationship Manager
*Find, develop & maintain relations with stakeholders of ecommerce websites.
*Generate more and more sales for the clients by executing promotions in coordination with ecommerce portals.
*Manage multiple sellers across categories and understanding issues/ complaints/ problem areas through outbound calling and email to commerce Websites & sellers
*Resolving seller’s queries and follow-up for same with internal teams to provide solutions/ support functions.
*Keep a close track on work in progress, seller complaints, issue resolution.
*Ensuring revival of sellers within a specified time interval.
*Coordinate with clients to make sure we have up to date inventory data.
*Report on numbers to the management team and the client. Prepare sales report on daily and monthly basis.
*1-3 years of experience in client handling/relationship manager role.
*Great communication skills, both in Hindi and English.
*Great time management and organizational skills.
*A calm demeanor such that you can handle pressure situations.
*Experience in ecommerce is preferred.
*Tracking & recording skills.
*Skills with tools like Excel, Google Docs etc.
